Us

There was always something missing from my life for such a long time, I never could put my finger on it, a longing, an itch that i could never quite scratch.  I played guitar, wrote music and was an admirer of film.  I enjoyed all these things and still do to this day, but I still had that itch. I was introduced to photography by a friend , he sold me his old film camera and I was captivated, I had found photography, or rather it had found me.  I was moonstruck and a whole new world opened up.  

Then I met my wonderful wife Julie, who encouraged me to enter the whacky but utterly wonderful world of portrait and wedding photography. I was hesitant at first, as it brings a lot of responsibility but i soon came to realize, it's also a heck of a lot of fun and so rewarding.  That missing part of my life has now been filled I am truly blessed to have found my wonderful wife Julie and a deep rooted passion for photography.

We now work together as a husband and wife team with a simple goal, to do what we love and capture all the beauty and brilliance as it unfolds around us.  We are both family orientated and appreciate all the excitement and joy that comes from wedding celebrations, or family group gatherings.  Our job is to not only capture that excitement but to tell the whole story.  We specialize in a relaxed unobtrusive journalistic style of wedding photography.  We have been both privileged and blessed over the years to have photographed some amazing people (and pets). Photography is not our job but our passion, we are absolutely in love with what we do and all the wonderful people we have worked with will tell you the same.
